ME HUNGY, NEED FOOD | Prehistorik 2

Prehistorik 2 (and shortly showing 1) is a humoristic platform game, from the 90’s in which you are a caveman who is out on a quest to find food. During his quest he finds and collects the weirdest types of food, definitively not common to that day and age 😉

You are the caveman hero and have to use your club to crush animal enemies, many of which then release bonus items to collect. The food you collect is very non-standard for the ‘age of the caveman’ as it includes things like Pie, Fries, Roasted Chickens, Ice cream, Lolly pops and many other fun items!

Unlike Prehistorik part 1, you no longer have to feed your clan, so there is no required minimum food target. Before you can finish a level you have to find a lighter (yes, a GAS lighter!) so you can leave the level and lit a fire pit to ‘cook’ all the weird food items you’ve collected.

After every few levels you’ll find passwords floating around, this was very popular in the 90’s as you couldn’t always store save-game files. Imagine when games still came on Floppy Disks, you had limited space and most likely the disk would be write-protected (so you couldn’t accidentally erase the game).

In Prehistoric you will run into bigger end-bosses every few levels that you need to defeat, this can be quite challenge (as most games used to be). As with the rest of the game, a lot of humor is involved.
